Yes, boo! But they must be fresh & clean (no dirt, no odors) and shipped to me. Nobody’s blinging dusty shoes. ✨

2. Can I use my own phone case?

Yes! Just grab one you love from Amazon (or anywhere) and have it shipped directly to me for bedazzling magic. 📦

3. Can I pick up my order if I’m local?

Absolutely! If you’re nearby, we can arrange a pickup to save you shipping.

4. How long does it take to complete my order?

Custom items are handmade with love and bling, so please allow up to 7–10 business days for production before shipping.

5. Are all stones guaranteed to stay forever?

No bling lasts forever, babe. I use high-quality adhesive, but with wear-and-tear, stones can loosen over time. I’m not responsible for missing or lost stones once the item is in your hands.

6. Can I get a rush order?

If you need it ASAP, message me first! Rush fees may apply depending on how quickly you need it.

7. What’s your return policy?

All sales are final since every piece is custom-made just for you. No refunds or exchanges, so please double-check your order before submitting.

8. Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Right now, U.S. shipping only. (International shipping coming soon, girlfriend!)

9. What if I want a matching set?
